Training
You start small, move up at your own pace, and every attempt counts.
What you train
Four areas, each with its own level. Challenges fit the places you go and the time you have, and topics you don't want, like dating, stay out.
Ask
Asking for what you want: a favour, a discount, help.
For example:
A glass of water
Approach
Talking to people you don't know: starting a chat, saying hello, inviting.
For example:
A real good morning
Speak up
Saying no, disagreeing, setting limits, calmly.
For example:
Not this time
Be seen
Showing what you make or think: posting, sharing, presenting.
For example:
Show a friend
A level for each area
You start with a short assessment: how uncomfortable you'd feel in each area. That sets your starting point, with small challenges on purpose: the first wins should be easy. Each area's level goes up as you keep trying, and every 4 weeks a check-in shows how you've changed.
One a day, one a week
Every day, a small challenge made for you, which you can swap once. Each week also brings a slightly bolder one.
No streaks and no guilt: the goal is weekly (2, 4 or 7 challenges, your call), and missing a day costs nothing. If a day doesn't work out, tap “Not today” and move on.
Here, hearing no is worth more than hearing yes: what you're training is trying.
When you ask, a “no” is worth more points than a “yes”: you heard it, and that's the training. In the other challenges, doing it is worth as much as a “no”. Freezing counts too.
Ask once, take the answer, move on.
Every challenge is designed to be harmless and reviewed one by one before it reaches the app. When one involves someone else, accepting a “no” without pushing is part of the challenge.
